Welcome to Grace Church, where our desire is to do the best job possible of loving God and loving people. Jesus said that these are the two most important commands in Scripture.

Our church is comprised of people from all backgrounds and walks of life. We are a non-denominational, independent church. We describe our doctrine as being essentially Reformed, with commitment to charismatic practices as biblically defined. These Beliefs form a conviction that the eternal truths of God should elicit a passionate response from His people in worship.

So, Why Choose Grace Church?

With over 70 churches in Centralia and surrounding areas, why would you or anyone else wish to attend Grace Church? First and foremost, I hope you recognize that at Grace Church we teach and believe in the fundamental and historical doctrines of the Christian Faith! In other words, at Grace Church we believe that theology (the study of God) is not unimportant. Theology deeply affects our view of God, man, salvation, the atonement, regeneration, assurance, worship, and missions. Particularly, our theology is called "Reformed". It's not that we begin as Reformed theologians (every Christian is a theologian like it or not), but we begin as Bible-believing Christians who put the Bible above all systems of thought. We have simply deepened our conviction that reformed theology is Biblical and true.

Unfortunately, many Christians and churches have drifted away from what was the fundamental and historical theology (Reformed) of the Christian Faith in the last 150 years. That's why at Grace Church we have the unique opportunity to have a tremendous biblical and spiritual impact on the entire four-county area! Because while we describe our doctrine as being essentially Reformed, we are also committed to the biblically defined charismatic (grace gifts) practices. Therefore, at Grace Church we know that these foundational beliefs (Reformed doctrine & charismatic practice) form a conviction that the eternal truths of God will elicit a passionate response of worship from God's people.

Grace Church subscribes to the following statement of faith:
  1. We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
  2. We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
  3. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection,in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
  4. We believe that for salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
  5. We believe that water baptism and the Lord's Supper are ordinances to be observed by the Church during the present age. They are however, not to be regarded as means of salvation.
  6. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
  7. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
  8. We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
Man's Chief end is to glorify God and enjoy him forever. Therefore it could be said that when we worship God, we are being most fully human, because worshipping the Triune God and finding our pleasure in him is what we were created to do.

We believe that when we worship, we are in the presence of the Lord, engaging in gospel dialogue with Him, while being reminded again of His love and faithfulness to us. Our expectation is that each of us, as we worship, will be confronted with the multi-faceted truth of the gospel throughout the entire service, experiencing the gospel in our minds, hearts, and wills.
